Rates include:

• Private Cabin with full bath

• Twin, queen-sized or bunk-beds avail.

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner

• Guided horseback riding or alternative activity

• Sauna and hot tub

• The Whoop-up Saloon Games Room

We offer a non-smoking environment.

Feel free to smoke outdoors, or in the "Whoop-up Saloon".

• 30% deposit due at time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
• For reservations made within 90 days of arrival, deposits are non-refundable. 
• Reservations considered firm only upon receipt of deposit. 
  

Cancellation Policy

Because the guest season at Moondance is relatively short, and because we only have four cabins, it's extremely important that our units are completely filled during the season. Just one cancellation has a tremendous impact on our capacity.

• Full refund minus $100 processing fee if cancellation received more than 90 days prior to arrival. 
• If cancelled 90 - 60 days prior to arrival the deposit will be nonrefundable.
• 50% refund 59- 30 days prior to arrival. 
• No refund if cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival.
• Early departures and/or any unused portion of a reservation are subject to this policy.
• In the case of cancellation of the whole vacation the not refundable amount (except the processing fee) may be applied on a new booking during one year from the day of cancellation. This applies not for early departure or any unused portion of a reservation.
